Haiku! Poetry!

We have been learning to write haiku poems.

A haiku is an unrhymed three-line poem. It is based on a traditional Japanese poetic form.

A haiku has 5 syllables for the first line, 7 for the second and 5 for the third.

I am first with five,
Then seven in the middle --
Five again to end.
